Stage Zero Music Network - AI Music Video Submission Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Stage Zero Music Network ("Stage Zero," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your submission of an AI-generated or AI-assisted music and or music video ("AI Music" or "Submission") for consideration and potential broadcast on the Stage Zero Music Network.
This entry has no impact on the judging process of the MetaMorph AI Award.
By submitting your AI Music, you ("Submitter," "you," "your") agree to be bound
by these Terms.
Please read them carefully.
1. The Stage Zero Music Network
Stage Zero Music Network is a 24/7 YouTube channel dedicated to showcasing
innovative AI music. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that your
entry may be selected for continuous broadcast on our network if it is chosen
by the judges.
2. Grant of License
In exchange for the opportunity to have your work potentially featured,
you grant Stage Zero a 1-year, worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free, to use,
reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, and perform works of your
AI Music.
This license allows us to:
● Upload and broadcast your AI Music on the official Stage Zero Music Network YouTube channel and any future platforms.
● Use excerpts or stills from your entry for promotional purposes for Stage Zero and the AI Awards Show across any media.
● Include your Submission in a 24/7 livestream format, meaning it may be played multiple times.
● This license is non-exclusive, meaning you retain ownership of your AI Music and are free to share, license, or sell it elsewhere.
3. Your Representations and Warranties
By making an entry, you represent and warrant that:
● You are the sole creator and owner of the AI Music and/or AI Music Video, or you have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions from all third parties to grant us the license described in Section 2.
● This includes, but is not limited to, rights for any underlying musical
compositions, sound recordings, visual assets (including AI-generated imagery),
and the use of any AI tools or platforms.
● Your Submission does not and will not infringe upon the intellectual property
rights (copyright, trademark, etc.), privacy rights, or any other rights of any third
party.
● The content of your AI Music Video is not defamatory, obscene, or in violation of
any applicable laws.
4. Credit
Stage Zero is committed to crediting creators. When your AI Music / Video is featured,
we will provide attribution in a manner we deem appropriate, typically within the
video's description on YouTube. You must provide the following information with your
submission for proper credit:
● Creator's Name or Alias
● Title of the AI Music Video
● Optionally, a link to your website or social media profile.
● You agree that the credit provided is sufficient and valuable consideration for the
rights granted herein.
5. No Obligation to Use
While we are excited to see your work, the submission of AI Music / Video does not
guarantee its final selection by the Metamorph Award or its broadcast on the Stage Zero
Music Network. All decisions regarding content selection are at the sole discretion of
the Metamorph Award judges and the Stage Zero curation team.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stage Zero and MetaMorph, its
parent companies,affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any
and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
arising out of or related to a breach of your representations and warranties in Section
3.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stage Zero concerning
your entry and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and
proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
